For most of my career, I have been passionate about helping organizations grow stronger from the inside out — supporting leaders, developing people, improving processes, and creating workplaces where both businesses and employees can thrive.
After spending more than 20 years in Human Resources leadership, I saw firsthand that growing organizations need more than just strategy. They need trusted partners who can step into the business, bring clarity to complexity, strengthen operations, and help leaders move forward with confidence.
That vision ultimately led me to create Summitivity.
My expertise is rooted in Human Resources and employment practices. Throughout my career I have also built strong relationships with experienced professionals in Operations, Accounting, and executive leadership. I wanted to create a platform that brings together the right expertise at the right time — giving organizations access to practical, high-level support without the complexity of building large internal teams.
