Her broad experience in operations, strategic execution, communications, risk management, and legal uniquely equips her to partner with organizations in furthering performance founded on transparency, teamwork, and ongoing improvement. She has guided organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and change – helping leaders align their teams, strengthen execution, and build the infrastructure needed to scale effectively.

Serri is particularly skilled at bringing clarity to complex situations, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that strategy translates into action. Her background includes leading enterprise initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and advising executives and boards, where she has held positions of COO, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and General Counsel.

Serri holds an economics degree and JD from the University of Arizona. Additionally, Serri has completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, focusing on risk management and operational risk.
