Jenell brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, with a focus on helping companies build strong teams, develop leaders, and align their people strategy with business goals.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leadership teams to navigate growth, strengthen culture, and implement practical HR solutions that support long-term success. Her experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations.

Jenell is known for her ability to quickly understand an organization’s needs, build trust with leaders and employees, and create structure where it’s needed most—without overcomplicating the process. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Bethany College and maintains the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
