Teresa brings decades of executive financial leadership experience, helping organizations strengthen their financial operations, improve reporting, and make confident business decisions. Her background includes leading complex accounting functions, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and building the financial infrastructure needed for long-term success.
Throughout her career, Teresa has partnered closely with executive teams to oversee global accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cash management, and financial reporting across multi-entity organizations. She has successfully guided companies through acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational transformation while developing strong internal controls and improving operational efficiency.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Teresa has a unique ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights. She works alongside leadership teams to create clarity, strengthen decision-making, and build financial processes that support sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and maintains both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations.
