Jenell Puett is the Founder and Managing Partner of Summitivity, where she leads the firm’s People Strategy practice, helping organizations align talent, culture, and leadership with business growth.

With more than 15 years of executive human resources leadership experience, Jenell has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams across healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in building high-performing cultures, modernizing HR operations, and designing people strategies that directly support business outcomes.

Prior to founding Summitivity, Jenell held senior HR leadership roles including AVP of Human Capital, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources, where she led enterprise HR initiatives spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, HR technology, compensation strategy, and organizational development.

Her work has delivered measurable results including:

• Reducing turnover and improving employee engagement in high-attrition industries
• Centralizing talent acquisition strategies that saved organizations hundreds of thousands annually

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Bethany College and maintains the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Serri is a seasoned executive leader with deep expertise in operations, transformation strategy, organizational design, and large-scale change management. Throughout her career, she has guided companies through complex growth, modernization, and operational improvement initiatives.

Most recently, Serri served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Member Officer for a large regional financial institution, where she led retail operations, service delivery, payments strategy, and customer experience across a network of branches, digital channels, and service teams. She oversaw more than 140 employees and was responsible for modernizing service delivery and operational systems to support the organization’s continued growth.

During her executive career, Serri has:

• Helped lead organizational growth from $1.2B to more than $2.4B in assets
• Modernized omni-channel service models improving both employee and customer experiences
• Led major operational transformation initiatives that saved organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars
• Executed post-merger integration and acquisition strategies

• Served as a fractional executive supporting high-growth companies with strategic operations leadership
